About Us
We are Sri Lanka’s leading boutique public relations, reputation and stakeholder communications agency.
We are now part of the GlobalCom PR Network. Named Rest of South Asia PR Agency of the Year 2025 by Campaign.
Mark and Comm is a boutique strategic communications and public relations agency based in Colombo, Sri Lanka. Named Rest of South Asia PR Agency of the Year 2025 by Campaign Asia-Pacific, we help brands across South and Southeast Asia build credibility, navigate complex communications challenges, and lead conversations that matter.
Our work spans corporate communications, media relations, social intelligence, and crisis counsel, powered by exclusive partnerships with Hootsuite and Talkwalker, and backed by membership in the GlobalCom PR Network and PRCA Asia Pacific.
With over a decade of senior-led PR practice, we don’t just manage reputations. We build the intelligence, strategy, and institutional trust that organisations need to lead in their industries, and keep leading.
MARK & COMM is Sri Lanka’s boutique public relations and strategic comms agency, senior-led, globally connected, and built for organisations that take their reputation seriously.
How We Approach
We take a senior-led, hands-on approach, working as an embedded extension of your team to deliver reputation strategy, media relations, stakeholder communications, and crisis counsel aligned with your business objectives.
As your strategic communications partner, we proactively advise on the challenges, opportunities, and decisions that shape how your organisation is perceived. With deep expertise across the corporate reputation spectrum, we counsel in the best interest of your stakeholders, not just your headlines.
We translate strategy into purposeful activity, pursuing what generates the right impact within your budget and timeline. Over time, we build communications capability that works independently, so your reputation sustains itself, not just while we are in the room.
We are selective about who we work with. Mark and Comm partners only with organisations that operate with integrity and take genuine responsibility for their impact. That shapes every client decision we make.
Globally Connected. Locally Rooted.
We bring a world-class public relations and communications approach, combining international best practices with deep local expertise. As a member of the GlobalCom PR Network* and a corporate member of PRCA APAC*, we stay ahead of the evolving PR landscape through continuous professional development.
Our commitment to excellence extends beyond borders—we actively participate in cross-cultural industry engagements across Sri Lanka, the region, and globally, ensuring our strategies reflect the latest global insights while remaining culturally relevant. This dynamic approach allows us to deliver impactful, future-ready communications that resonate both locally and internationally.
*The GlobalCom PR Network operates as a truly global network of PR agencies, comprising more than 1,400 experienced consultants and over 80 agencies, with a proven track record across 100+ countries.
*The Public Relations and Communications Association (PRCA) is a leading global body for PR professionals, with a membership spanning over 35,000 practitioners worldwide.

Our Industry Impact
We are a corporate member of PRCA APAC. And together, we initiated Sri Lanka’s first PR survey among agencies in 2022, followed by an industry webinar and another survey in 2023. All findings were public and published in major media outlets and received various positive sentiments from leaders and executives, including the media.
We actively collaborate with the media industry in Sri Lanka, and, for the first time we did a media survey in 2023. Following this, we conducted another mass survey in January 2025 and are now in active discussions with the Hon. Minister Dr Nalinda and the officials at the Ministry including conducting capacity-building workshops.
We are the founding and strategic communications partner for Women in Tech Sri Lanka, part of the world’s foremost organization for Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity in STEAM, with a mission to empower 5 million women by 2030. We were instrumental in even establishing the Sri Lankan Chapter, helping with the launch and to date, lead all their PR efforts on a sponsorship basis.
We are the strategic communications partner for ZeroPlastic, Sri Lanka’s largest environmental volunteer movement. ZeroPlastic has mobilized over 200,000 people towards various environment causes and initiatives since 2022 and has 20 ZeroPlastic clubs across the country comprising over 11,000 volunteers.
